Do you offer warranty on your NFC tags?
Yes, We offer 6 months replacement warranty only on NFC tags purchased from mycard.\nNote: The warranty will not cover physical damages.
Where is my Smart Card information stored?
Smart Business Card and Smart Link Card information is fully stored on the chip of your NFC tag.
Your dedicated Smart Brochure Card address is stored on the chip of your NFC tag and your brochure files are stored in a secured web folder.
Can I change my information stored on NFC tags?
Yes, you can edit and update your information as many times as you wish as long as your NFC tag is NOT read-only.
Can I create smart cards using my own purchased NFC tags from other sources?
mycard app only works with mycard NFC tags.
It will work if you register your NFC tags with mycard app.
What type of NFC tags should I use?
To create Smart Business Cards, You should use NFC tags with 800 bytes capacity or more (e.g. NTAG216).
To create Smart Brochure Cards or Smart Link Cards, You should use NFC tags with 100 bytes or more (e.g. NTAG213).
How may I register my own NFC tag with mycard app?
You can register your own NFC tag with mycard app.
